Gerald Combs, Business Advisor
Combs is a financial professional with over
25 years experience in debt restructurings, corporate reorganizations,
private placements and public offerings. In addition, he has been
the CEO of both public and private companies, from start-ups to
seasoned operations. Gerry has assisted clients in all phases
of business development from business plan to IPO. His experience
spans a wide range of companies from manufacturing and distribution
to software and high tech.
Since 1985, Gerry has been Chairman and CEO
of Merrico Corporation, a privately held financial consulting
firm. Prior to that, Gerry was with Salomon Brothers' Corporate
Finance department, where he led teams in both mergers & acquisitions
and private placements. Gerry holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence
from St. Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern
University.
