Urbanware:
Mass Transit™
The ubiquity of mass transit in urban areas has helped shape
our understanding of cities—critical decisions such as where
we live and work may be based on proximity to key subway stations,
bus stops or commuter rail lines. Similarly, habits and tasks
are influenced by access to public transportation. Urban Mapping
developed Urbanware: Mass Transit to focus on the end user, providing
contextually-relevant information.
Urban mass transit data are available for major US and Canadian
cities. Coverage of international cities will be introduced throughout
2006. In addition to offering station point data, Urbanware: Mass
Transit offers optional support for routing and scheduling data.
Urbanware: Mass Transit is available in a variety of formats
and distribution technologies to support client needs.
