Process Consultant / Web 2.0 Maven
Urban Mapping seeks a technically savvy and
curious individual to support IT strategy. In this role, you will
seek to model our workflow and (emerging) business processes with
an aim to leveraging various Web 2.0 platforms for our internal
operations. Task analysis will include: CRM, project management,
HR, accounting, competitive research (feeds, bookmarks), file
management, IP telephony and other areas of operations.
This consulting position will be project-based.
Prior experience in business process management consulting, a
strong technical foundation and concise verbal and written communication
skills are critical.
